Join this 3 hour experiential workshop to gain clarity on your values and create a practice that will help you set limits and boundaries with your family this holiday season so that you can have more ease and joy.

The holidays can bring lots of joy and connection, but it can also be fraught with anxiety around managing the different needs, expectations, and just the quirky nature of our families.

This workshop is all about getting clear on your values and priorities and creating a plan for how to be in connection with others without losing yourself (or your shit) in the process.

Guided meditations led by guest teacher Katie Allen, MA

Katie is an author, writing coach, and student of meditation studies. She will begin and end our time together with an inward contemplation time.
